100g of broccoli florets
20g of kale, use a green variety
3 serrano chilli peppers, green deseeded and diced
1 lime, juiced

10 salted anchovies, cut in half lengthways

4 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, roasted
1 tsp black sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp flaky sea salt

100ml of sparkling water

300ml of rapeseed oil, for deep-frying
