1/2 tsp salt
100g of wholemeal flour
25g of sesame seeds
1 tsp wholegrain mustard

black pepper, freshly ground
Cheese
50g of smoked cheddar, grated
100g of cheddar, grated
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
100g of rolled porridge oats
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 tbsp of thyme leaves
