400g of gammon, cooked and shredded
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, finely chopped
3 leeks, sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of plain flour
1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
300g of plain flour
ground black pepper
Dairy
100ml of double cream
butter, for frying
150g of unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
Cooking Sauces
300ml of ham stock, reserved from cooking the gammon, or chicken stock
Cheese
100g of Parmesan, finely grated
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
