  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli
  • 800g of tomatoes, roughly diced
  • 1 banana shallot, finely chopped

Store Cupboard

  • 20g of flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of honey

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • ginger, thumb sized

Oils & Vinegars

  • 4 tbsp of live cider vinegar
