Fruit & Vegetables
1 cooking apple
1 lemon, juiced
Store Cupboard
200g of sultanas
200g of raisins
200g of currants
100g of mixed peel
200g of shredded vegetable suet
250g of soft brown sugar
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 nutmeg, finely grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
Beverages
5 tbsp of brandy, (or more if you like!)
