8 chicken thighs, skin on and bones in
6 slices of back bacon, smoked
Fruit & Vegetables
2 onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
250g of chestnut mushrooms
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of plain flour
570ml of chicken stock
salt
black pepper
500g of puff pastry, all butter
1 egg, beaten with a dash of milk for egg wash
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of thyme, leaves picked
2 bay leaves

175ml of white wine
