2 pinches of sea salt
1 tsp caster sugar
500g of strong white bread flour, ideally organic and from Shipton Mill
3g of fresh yeast, crumbled
30g of caster sugar
10g of caster sugar
40g of caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla syrup
Beverages
260ml of warm water, at about 50°C
1/2 tsp Calvados, or brandy
80ml of water
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
Fruit & Vegetables
1/4 lemon, juiced
8 Cox’s Orange Pippin apples
80g of Cox’s Orange Pippin apple, peeled and chopped
10ml of lemon juice
Spices & Dried Herbs
8g of crystallised stem ginger, chopped (optional)
Frozen
ice cream, or sorbet, in your flavour of choice
