200g of basmati rice
190g of lentils
10 black peppercorns
salt
black pepper

2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies, chopped finely and de-seeded if preferred
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
Fruit & Vegetables
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 potato, diced into small cubes
1 carrot, diced into small cubes
100g of fine beans, cut into 3cm pieces
1/2 head of broccoli, cut into medium sized florets
Frozen
100g of frozen peas
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1/2 bunch of coriander, washed and chopped

1 tbsp of ghee
