Ingredients

Dairy

  • 250g of Greek yoghurt
  • 25g of butter

Fruit & Vegetables

  • lemon juice, a squeeze
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 juice of half a lemon

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • small bunch of coriander, leaves picked
  • small bunch of dill fronds, picked
  • dill fronds, to garnish

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 green chilli, deseeded (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Aleppo chilli flakes

Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
