Ingredients
Fresh Meat
500g of turkey mince
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 apple, peeled and grated
1 1/2 red peppers, de-seeded and chopped
2 shallots, peeled and finely sliced
Store Cupboard
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
3 tbsp of plain flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tsp tomato purée
425ml of vegetable stock
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 tbsp of sage, chopped, or 1/2 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp of thyme, leaves only
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
