  • 35ml of tequila, ideally blanco tequila, per serving

Beverages

  • 100ml of soda water, per serving
  • 10ml of seasn LIGHT bitters
  • 300ml of boiling water

Speciality Ingredients

  • lovage leaves, to garnish
  • 200g of agave syrup

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 4 green apples, cored and diced
  • 300ml of lime juice

  • flaky sea salt, as needed
