100g of blanched almonds
flaky sea salt, to taste
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of caster sugar
Fruit & Vegetables
1/2 cucumber
1 watermelon, approximately 2kg
chilli powder, to taste
30ml of lime juice
Oils & Vinegars
90ml of extra virgin olive oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 pinch of pul biber chilli flakes, optional
