Russian Vodka Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

From Russia with love

  • 50ml of vodka
  • 1 lime
  • 20ml of elderflower cordial
  • ginger beer
  • crushed ice

Garnish

  • 1 lime wedge
Method

Cut the whole lime in half. Juice 1 half and cut the other into quarters
  • 1 lime

Fill a tall glass to halfway with crushed ice. Add the vodka, cordial and lime juice and stir thoroughly with a bar spoon. Add the lime quarters, top up with more ice and ginger beer
  • crushed ice
  • 20ml of elderflower cordial
  • ginger beer
  • 50ml of vodka

Stir again and serve with a large lime wedge
  • 1/4 lime wedge
