475ml of lobster stock

1 bulb of garlic, sliced

1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1 handful of sweetcorn
1/2 lemon, juiced
100g of spinach, wilted

25ml of brandy
750ml of red wine

2 tsp tomato purée
250ml of fish stock

500g of pasta flour
