Parisian Pisco punch

Ingredients

Alcohol

  • 50ml of Pisco
  • 5ml of Green Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes of absinthe
  • 100ml of kirsch

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 15ml of lime juice
  • 1 pineapple, around 1kg in weight
  • 50ml of lemon juice
  • pineapple leaves

Beverages

  • 1 dash of Champagne
  • 500ml of water

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tbsp of cloves

Store Cupboard

  • 500g of sugar

  • dried lavender buds
