1 knob of ginger
ginger, julienned

1 bunch of spring onions

1 tbsp of groundnut oil

5 tbsp of barley miso
white pepper, freshly ground
Cooking Sauces
3 tbsp of light soy sauce
Beverages
100ml of mirin
250ml of water
