Miso and ginger braised pork belly

Ingredients

  • 800g of pork belly with skin on, boneless

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 knob of ginger
  • ginger, julienned

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 bunch of spring onions

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp of groundnut oil

Store Cupboard

  • 5 tbsp of barley miso
  • white pepper, freshly ground

Cooking Sauces

  • 3 tbsp of light soy sauce

Beverages

  • 100ml of mirin
  • 250ml of water
