  • 7g of fast-action dried yeast
  • 3 tbsp of caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tbsp of Panko breadcrumbs

Dairy

  • 180ml of double cream
  • 240ml of whole milk
  • 60g of unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing
