2 1/2 tbsp of vegetarian fish sauce
8 large eggs
vegetarian fish sauce
mayonnaise, ideally Kewpie

1 tbsp of lime juice, from 1 lime
Oils & Vinegars
4 tbsp of rapeseed oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/4 tsp fine salt
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
jasmine rice, cooked
