6g of kuzu, or arrowroot
1 handful of edible flowers

2 lobsters, live and medium-sized

350g of mixed wild mushrooms, cleaned
Oils & Vinegars
30ml of olive oil

salt, to taste
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of pennywort
