1 tsp saffron
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 chillies
2 bay leaves
1 cassia stick, approx 7cm
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 cardamom pods
5 cloves
1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
Dairy
5 tbsp of milk
4 tbsp of ghee
6 tsp ghee
Store Cupboard
400g of basmati rice
1 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
Beverages
500ml of water
Fresh Meat
400g of leftover turkey meat, chopped into chunks
Fruit & Vegetables
3 medium onions, sliced into rings
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, sliced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp coriander seeds
