225g of Tilda Pure Basmati Rice, soaked for 30 minutes in cold water
1 tsp chana dal
100g of coconut, freshly grated
salt, to taste
Beverages
450ml of water
Speciality Ingredients
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 pinch of asafoetida
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
10 curry leaves
3 dried red chillies
1 green chilli, chopped
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
1 tsp white urad dal
Fruit & Vegetables
4 shallots, sliced
4 asparagus spears, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 carrot, diced
4 tbsp of peas
