2 tbsp of rice bran oil

4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100g of tapioca flour
50g of gluten-free oat flour
50g of gram flour
50g of cornflour
1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
6 sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil and chopped
Speciality Ingredients
300ml of oat milk
Spices & Dried Herbs
freshly ground black pepper
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of chives, chopped or snipped
