25g of wakame seaweed, or a pack of sea vegetable salad
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
200g of green tea noodles
Oils & Vinegars
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar, or white wine vinegar
50ml of rice wine vinegar, or white wine vinegar
Fruit & Vegetables
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
3 spring onions, thinly sliced (45g)
80g of radishes, thinly sliced
50ml of lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salad & Fresh Herbs
10g of basil leaves
Store Cupboard
1 tbsp of sesame seeds, toasted (a mix of black and white looks great)
1 tbsp of caster sugar
salt
Beverages
2 tsp sake, or Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp of mirin
Cooking Sauces
75ml of light soy sauce
Spices & Dried Herbs
15g of ginger, peeled and finely grated
