Gluten-free lean beef lasagne


Fresh Meat

  • 500g of lean beef mince

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 red onions, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced into 2-3mm discs

Cooking Sauces

  • 300ml of passata, chunky

Store Cupboard

  • Worcestershire sauce
  • sea salt
  • ground white pepper

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1/2 bunch of basil, leaves picked and finely chopped


  • 500ml of low fat natural yoghurt


  • 100g of mature cheddar, grated

Oils & Vinegars

  • 100ml of rapeseed oil
