Ingredients
Oils & Vinegars
60ml of extra virgin olive oil, must be good quality
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, finely diced
5 garlic cloves, minced
300g of green beans
1 400g tin of chopped tomato
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 tsp dried oregano
Beverages
200ml of water, to clean out the tin
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of parsley, chopped
1 handful of dill, chopped
