350g of walnut halves, coarsely ground
4 large eggs, separated
225g of caster sugar
100g of pecan nuts
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of maple syrup
4 egg yolks
50g of caster sugar
1 vanilla pod
icing sugar
Fruit & Vegetables
1 lemon, zest only, finely grated
Oils & Vinegars
20ml of olive oil
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Dairy
150ml of whole milk
4 tsp clotted cream
