  • 225g of caster sugar
  • 100g of pecan nuts
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50g of caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • icing sugar

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 lemon, zest only, finely grated

  • 20ml of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Dairy

  • 150ml of whole milk
  • 4 tsp clotted cream
