Ingredients
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
100g of egg noodles, medium
Oils & Vinegars
1 dash of sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp groundnut oil
Store Cupboard
1 dash of dark soy sauce
125g of sweetcorn kernels
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp chilli sauce
freshly ground black pepper
Fruit & Vegetables
2 carrots, peeled and finely sliced into matchsticks
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
4 spring onions, large, sliced lengthways
80g of mushrooms, washed and sliced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
100g of beansprouts
Cooking Sauces
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
