Cream of pumpkin and sage soup

Ingredients

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 500g of pumpkin
  • 1 onion

Store Cupboard

  • 500ml of chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cornflour
  • sea salt to season
  • pepper to season

Beverages

  • 1 1/2 tbsp of water

Dairy

  • 150ml of cream
  • 50g of butter

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 dash of olive oil

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 6 sage leaves
