200g of Piccolo cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 garlic clove
lemon juice to taste
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked and finely chopped
1 handful of basil, chopped
1 handful of basil leaves, to garnish
Oils & Vinegars
extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
20ml of vegetable oil
20ml of extra virgin olive oil
Store Cupboard
flaky sea salt to season
1 tbsp of pine nuts
salt to taste
160g of linguine
1 tbsp of pine nuts, toasted
Spices & Dried Herbs
freshly ground black pepper to season
Cheese
7g of Parmesan, finely grated
125g of mozzarella cheese
