20 baby beetroots
2 Granny Smith apples
1/2 lemon
100g of black garlic cloves, peeled

150ml of water

60ml of light soy sauce
Store Cupboard
40g of caster sugar
Oils & Vinegars
10ml of rice wine vinegar
150ml of olive oil
30g of Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 bunch of Thai basil, or shiso leaves, torn into small pieces
