Baked panko-crumbed avocado fries with tahini miso sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, large and ripe
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 orange, small, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 3 tbsp of plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 100g of Panko breadcrumbs
  • flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Cooking Sauces

  • 3 tbsp of light tahini
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
