  • 6 tbsp of sugar, (level)

  • 3 tbsp Chinese Mei Kwei Lu Chiew rose liquor, available from Asian supermarkets or online

Cooking Sauces

  • 2 tbsp of light soy sauce

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
