  • 80g of watercress
  • tarragon leaves, 1 small handful
  • baby watercress, to garnish

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 400g of new potatoes, halved
  • radishes, shaved, to garnish

  • 50ml of water
