Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 250g of turkey, cooked and shredded
  • 75g of bacon, or gammon, cut into small cubes

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 200g of leek, sliced thinly
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • spring onions, a handful, finely sliced

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Beverages

  • 100ml of cider, or leftover white wine

Cheese

  • 125g of ricotta

Store Cupboard

  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200g of plain flour
  • 100g of polenta, finely ground (cornmeal flour)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Dairy

  • 50ml of butter, melted
  • 200ml of milk
