250g of turkey, cooked and shredded
75g of bacon, or gammon, cut into small cubes
Fruit & Vegetables
200g of leek, sliced thinly
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
spring onions, a handful, finely sliced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 sprig of thyme
1 bay leaf
Beverages
100ml of cider, or leftover white wine
Cheese
125g of ricotta

200g of plain flour
100g of polenta, finely ground (cornmeal flour)
2 eggs
1 pinch of sugar

50ml of butter, melted
200ml of milk
