  • 150g of herby green salad

  • 1 tsp dried sage

Cheese

  • 80g of mozzarella cheese, grated

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 100g of plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pinch of salt

Bakery

  • 120g of white breadcrumbs, fine

  • 500ml of vegetable oil
