Ingredients
Fruit & Vegetables
1 handful of red chillies
2 Tromboncino squash, or very good quality courgettes or summer squash
1 shallot, diced
10 cherry tomatoes
Oils & Vinegars
40ml of olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
15ml of cider vinegar
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of nasturtium leaves
Cheese
140g of buffalo mozzarella, (1 ball)
Store Cupboard
1 tbsp of capers, (Alan uses nasturtium capers, but regular ones work well too)
sea salt
Speciality Ingredients
nasturtium flowers and leaves, to garnish
Spices & Dried Herbs
freshly ground black pepper
