1kg tomatoes, roughly chopped
3 white onions, finely sliced
4 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 tbsp of fresh thyme
Store Cupboard
1 tbsp of brown sugar
200g of self-raising flour
1 egg
Dairy
100g of salted butter, softened
1 dash of milk, if needed
Cheese
40g of Parmesan, finely grated
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
