  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tsp root ginger
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 pak choi
  • 2 shallots, trimmed and sliced

Store Cupboard

  • 2 tsp green peppercorns

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 45ml of rice wine vinegar
