  • 85g of butter, cut into cubes
  • 120ml of double cream

Store Cupboard

  • 150ml of coconut milk
  • 1/2 vanilla pod, split lengthways
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60g of caster sugar
  • 4 1/2 tbsp of desiccated coconut
  • 190g of caster sugar
