  • 2 sticks of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 400g tin of chopped tomato
  • 1 banana shallot, studded with 1 clove

Fresh Meat

  • 400g of beef mince

Oils & Vinegars

  • 5 tbsp of olive oil

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1/2 nutmeg, grated

Store Cupboard

  • 40g of flour
  • 1 large egg
  • salt

Dairy

  • 400ml of milk
  • 40g of unsalted butter

Cheese

  • 150g of Parmesan, grated
