Strawberry and potato dumplings with basil and sour cream

  • 500g of floury potatoes, peeled
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Cereals, Grains & Pasta

  • 150g of potato flour, or as needed

Store Cupboard

  • 4g of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of caster sugar
  • icing sugar, for dusting

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • basil leaves, small

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • Telicherry black peppercorns, freshly ground (or regular black pepper)


  • 150ml of sour cream
