  • 2 silver gelatine leaves
  • 35g of sugar
  • 10g of freeze-dried strawberries

Beverages

  • 100ml of water
  • 40ml of elderflower cordial

Dairy

  • 375ml of cream
  • 110ml of milk

Speciality Ingredients

  • 2g of agar agar
  • 10g of freeze-dried raspberries
  • 10g of freeze-dried yoghurt
  • 10g of popping candy

Cheese

  • 150g of mascarpone
