Ingredients
Fruit & Vegetables
2 banana shallots, finely sliced
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Fresh Meat
500g of fatty pork mince
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp of groundnut oil, for frying
chilli oil, 1–2 tbsp depending on your spice preference
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp of chicken stock, or water
Spices & Dried Herbs
50g of Thai basil
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
jasmine rice, steamed
