Ingredients
Fruit & Vegetables
1 garlic clove
1 spring onion
1 head of Chinese leaf, 2 leaves only
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 handful of fresh coriander, plus extra to garnish
2 tsp chilli sauce, preferably chilli oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bunch of fresh chives, preferably Chinese chives
Delicatessen
3 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and drained
Fish & Shellfish
150g of tiger prawns, peeled and deveined if using
Cooking Sauces
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
Store Cupboard
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
200ml of chicken stock
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
Oils & Vinegars
2 tsp sesame oil
