  • 3g of thyme, chopped

Store Cupboard

  • 200ml of Worcestershire sauce
  • 100g of plain flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 350g of self-raising flour
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Delicatessen

  • 2l veal stock, or brown chicken stock

Fish & Shellfish

  • 6 oysters, shucked

  • rapeseed oil
