  • 100g of unsalted butter

  • 1 medium onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely diced

Beverages

  • 500ml of red wine
  • 250ml of tomato juice, good quality

  • 1 handful of curly parsley, finely chopped
