400g of spinach, washed and stems trimmed at the end
5 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 lemon
Spices & Dried Herbs
3 tsp fennel seeds

100ml of white wine
Salad & Fresh Herbs
4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked and finely chopped
3 sprigs of marjoram, leaves picked

200g of tinned plum tomatoes, (whole)
