  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
  • 2 red peppers, deseeded and diced
  • 4 plum tomatoes

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5g of thyme
  • 10g of basil
  • 30g of basil leaves
  • basil leaves
