100g of onion, diced
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
2 red peppers, deseeded and diced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 bay leaves
5g of thyme
10g of basil
31g of basil leaves

vegetable stock, as needed

250ml of extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
