  • 50g of anchovy fillets
  • 50g of capers, drained

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 20g of flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked

Oils & Vinegars

  • 200ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of Chardonnay vinegar
