1 carrot, peeled and cut julienne
1/2 mooli, peeled and cut julienne
50g of mangetout, cut julienne

40ml of sake

200g of tofu, cut into 2cm square pieces
2 sheets of nori seaweed
35g of bonito flakes
200ml of dashi
